Kelso's continuing saga goes a little goofy in this one, or perhaps fanciful is a better term, but it is still an enjoyable read. Not to give any spoilers, but judging this book by its cover can tell you a lot. Not his best work due to some flat, predictable characters and plot lines but his tale telling makes up for it in the long run. Would recommend the whole series. It is fun to watch the characters grow along with the author.Product details

Enjoyable
just waiting for the next one....
Enjoyable historical Roman/Britain story. I have read all the books in the series and look forward to book #8 coming out in March!
As always enjoyed this adventure. Well written and developed. A real cliff hanger. I have read the whole set of veteran of Rome books and they are one of the most entertaining sets I have read.
